MERCHANT CUSTOMER REFUND/RETURN POLICY
     Due to a very tight refund/return policy that we must deal with through OUR suppliers, we are forced to be rather restrictive with our customers as well.  Merchant customers of ours may refund damaged or defective goods instantly at the point of receipt.  On a case-by-case basis, and it done with the first 5 business days after the merchandise is accepted, we may also consider the exchange of goods that might  come in damaged after they've been accepted by the receiving merchant. 
     If your items are damaged upon delivery, let your sales representative know about it, and we'll take accept its return at that point.  
 
RETAIL CUSTOMER REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
     Due to a very tight refund/return policy that we must deal with through our suppliers, the only way we can accept returns or refunds from our retail customers is if they decline the condition of their merchandise at the point when they receive their items.  If your items are damaged upon delivery, let your sales representative know about it, and we'll take accept its return at that point.  However, once  merchandise has been accepted and removed from our store, we are no longer able to accept them back. 
     We apologize for this inconvenience, but we also believe that you'll like what you order.
