Due to a very tight refund/return policy that we must deal with through
our suppliers, the only way we can accept returns or refunds from our retail customers is if they decline the
condition of their merchandise at the point when they receive their items. If your items
are damaged upon delivery, let your sales representative know about it, and we'll take accept its return at that point.
However, once merchandise has been accepted and removed from our store, we are no longer able to accept them back.
